Error Message: A user or group with the same name exists already

Symptom:

When you add user/group in SourceAnywhere Server Manager, the following dialog box may prompt:



Cause
:

The existing user/group is inactive and the List only active users option in the SourceAnywhere Server Manager SourceAnywhere |Users page is checked, so the inactive user/group name is not displayed in the user list.

Resolution:

Please uncheck the List only active users option, and then check if the user/group name you are trying to add has been added before.
