During the installation of ITA, you may receive the following error.
Error: Set Web Virtual Directory “Cannot Create ActiveX component”
Cause:
The Windows feature – IIS Metabase and ISS 6 configuration compatibility is turned off.
This may occurs on Windows 7 with ISS 7 installed.
Resolution:
1. Open Control Panel\Programs\Turn Windows features on or off.
2. Click turn on IIS Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility.
3. Uninstall then reinstall Issue Tracking Anywhere.
