Symptoms:

After you migrate your SourceAnywhere Standalone database to SCM Anywhere Standalone, when you try to start SCM Anywhere Standalone Service, you may get the error message “Invalid ITUserCount”.

Cause:

The migration tool needs to be updated.

Resolution:

You can run on the attached SQL script to update your SCMAnywhere database and try starting SCM Anywhere Standalone Service again.
