Symptoms:

When you try to run SourceAnywhere Hosted Java Client, you may get the following error message:

Cause:

1.Your JDK version is lower than 1.4.2.8.

2. You are using 64-bit OS.

Resolution:

Please make sure the following things:

1. The java version you are using is supported. Currently, JDK version 1.4.2.8 or higher is needed for Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted Java environment.

2. You are using 32-bit OS rather than 64-bit OS. Currently SourceAnywhere Hosted Java Client doesn't support 64-bit OS. If this is the case, we recommend you move Java Client to a 32-bit machine.
