How to show the toolbar for SCM Anywhere Standalone in VS 2005/2008?

If you are using SCM Anywhere Standalone VSPackage, please check "Source Control - SCM Anywhere Standalone" in the toolbar list at Visual Studio menu Tools->Customize->Toolbars tab.

If you are using SCM Anywhere Standalone MSSCCI Plug-in, please check "Source Control".
