Error connecting to server. TCP error code 10060.

Symptom:
When you connect to your SCM Anywhere Standalone server, you may get the following error dialog:



Cause
:
1. Your SCM Anywhere Standalone service is not started successfully.
2. SCM Anywhere Standalone Server is blocked by your firewall.

Resolution:
1. Please run Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere Standalone Service Configurator as administrator, and then click menu Service | Start Service.
2. Please make sure that all routers & firewalls between SCM Anywhere Client & Server, and any firewall software on the machine hosting SCM Anywhere Server (i.e. Windows Firewall, etc..) are properly configured to allow the necessary traffic to pass through.
