How to enable the blocked IPs in Windows Vista?

You can follow the steps below to enable the blocked IPs:
 
1. In the Start menu, type "administrative tools" and then open the file of the same name when it appears.

2. Open Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.

3. Click Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer -> Outbound Rules and check if the IP is blocked by your firewall.



4. If the IP is blocked, please right-click the outbound rule and select the Allow the connections option in the General tab to enable the connection.
