How to integrate SCM Anywhere Standalone with MS Access?

SCM Anywhere Standalone provides a MSSCCI Plug-in which can be integrated with MS Access. To use SCM Anywhere Standalone with MS Access, please follow the steps below:

1. Install Access Source Code Control add-in.

If you use Access 2003, you can download the add-in from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=2ea45ff4-a916-48c5-8f84-44b91fa774bc&displaylang=en

If you use Access 2007, please download the Access Developer Extensions from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=d96a8358-ece4-4bee-a844-f81856dceb67&displaylang=en
 
If you use Access 2010, please download the add-in here:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=6840


2. Launch SCC Provider Manager from the SCM Anywhere Standalone Client program group and choose SCM Anywhere Standalone as the current SCC Provider.

3. Open MS Access.

4. Create a new database
.

5. Add the Access database into the source control of SCM Anywhere Standalone.

For Access 2003, click menu Tools -> SCM Anywhere Standalone ->Add Database to SCM Anywhere Standalone .

For Access 2007, click menu Source Control -> Add Database to SCM Anywhere Standalone.
