SourceAnywhere Hosted provides Web Deploy feature which allows you to deploy projects to your FTP servers.
Please NOTE Team Plan doesn't include the feature. For more information on the hosting plans, please click here.
To deploy a project, please follow the steps below:
1.Add the project as Web Project in Server Manger. 
2.Once this is done, SAW Hosted Client shows a special icon for the Web project and the Web Deploy command becomes enabled.
3. Now you can deploy the whole project or the files in the project to the FTP server.
