1. LPK and CAB
The LPK file is generated by Lpk_tool.exe which can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.
More information about how to generate the LPK file.
The signed CAB file "DynamicWebTWAIN.cab" is in the installation directory of Dynamic Web TWAIN ActiveX Edition.
2. XPI and EXE
"DynamicWebTwain.xpi" and "DynamicWebTWAINPlugIn.exe" can be found in the installation directory of Dynamic Web TWAIN Plug-in Edition.
3. PKG
"DynamicWebTWAINPluginforMac.pkg" can be found after you unzip the installer of Dynamic Web TWAIN Mac Edition.
