1. Make sure the license information in Licensing Tool is correct. Licensing Tool can be found at: Start -> All Programs -> Dynamic Web TWAIN (version number) -> Licensing Tool if you installed Dynamic Web TWAIN.
Note: please click here for more information about how to change license in Licensing Tool.
If you are using the trial version, please make sure the trial license is not expired. For example, if the trial license is expired in 2008-6-11, the LPK file is also expired in 2008-6-11. 
If you use an expired trial license to generate a LPK file, the LPK file is expired. 
If you are using the Full version, please make sure the license in Licensing Tool is permanent. 
2. Run Lpk_tool.exe on a computer that is licensed to use Dynamic Web TWAIN. Lpk_tool.exe can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.
3. Select DynamicWebTwain Class, click Add and DynamicWebTwain Class will be list in Controls in license package on the right side. Then Click Save & Exit, and type DynamicWebTwain.lpk for the LPK file.
Some clients may find two DynamicWebTwain Class in the list. To solve this problem, please click here.
Some clients may not find any DynamicWebTwain Class in the list. To solve this problem, please clike here.
If DynamicWebTwain.lpk is saved successfully, you will see the Successfully created License Package file box.
NOTE: if you are generating a LPK file for trial version and the trial license is correct, you will see the following message box before the Successfully created License Package file box. 
When you generate the LPK file, you may receive the following error messages:
Your Dyanmic Web TWAIN serial number is invalid.
Please click here to solve the problem.
The License Number is for trial version. Please use a full version License Number.
