Please follow the steps below to change the billing type from Monthly to Yearly:

1. Open https://www.dynamsoft.com/Secure/SAWhosted_Signin.aspx, and log in.

2. In the left menu bar, click Manage Number of Users or Space Size as seen in the following screenshot. Select Number of Users on Yearly Billing Option and add the yearly users.


3. Go back to Manage Number of Users or Space Size tag, select Number of Users on Monthly Billing Option and change the number of monthly users to zero.

4. Log in SourceAnywhere Hosted Server Manger, go to Users page and deactivate/delete the users you don't need any more. Make sure the number of active users doesn't exceed your current license number.
