How to add a serial number in Issue Tracking Anywhere

To add a serial number in Issue Tracking Anywhere, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in ITA as an administrator, then click System Admin in the top menu bar.



2. Select Licenses under the System Settings dropdown menu.



3. In the License List page, input the serial number in the Serial Number textbox, and click Add.
