Symptom:

When you intend to generate a LPK file with LPK_tool.exe, you find that Dynamic Web TWAIN is not listed at the LPK control list. 

Cause:

Dynamic Web TWAIN is not installed on the machine.

Resolution:

Install Dynamic Web TWAIN properly and create the LPK file again. Click here to check the steps on how to create a LPK file.
