Symptoms
You may get the following message when you try to diff two text files.
Cause
The types of the files you try to diff are not in the Mergeable File Types in SourceAnywhere Hosted Server Manager.
Resolution
You can add the file types as mergeable file types in SourceAnywhere Hosted Server Manager.

Please note that the setting will only take effect for the files added afterwards.
For files that already exist in SourceAnywhere Hosted, you can change the file type by right-clicking the file -> Properties -> General Tab.
