Symptom:

When you are installing Dynamic Web TWAIN, you may get the following error message:

Cause:

You may have installed Dynamic Web TWAIN before and the former installation information has not been removed completely.

Resolution:

1. Delete ds_twidr_f.dll at "C:\Windows\System32" or "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" on 64-bit OS.

2. Delete the whole directory {84D5180D-1DD0-4AE0-8464-D5BB0AB082B5} in Registry Editor.

    1) Open Registry Editor. (Start -> Run -> Input "regedit" -> Click OK)
    2) Find and delete {84D5180D-1DD0-4AE0-8464-D5BB0AB082B5} under My Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\.

3. Reinstall Dynamic Web TWAIN.
