Before upgrading Dynamic Web TWAIN (DWT) ActiveX on the client side, please make sure that you have deployed the new version of DWT on your web server correctly. Click here to check the steps on how to upgrade DWT on the server side.

If you are sure DWT has been deployed on your web server correctly, please access the scan page. You will be asked to install the ActiveX control. To get more information on how to install the ActiveX on the client side, please click here.

After the installation of the ActiveX control, you will be prompted to reboot the computer. To make the upgrade more smoothly(to avoid the reboot), the clients can remove the file DynamicWebTwain Class under "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files" before accessing the scan page.
